From Emily or the cat?
Emily. I don't think she was thrilled with the idea.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

ARGH! For future reference, it is verra difficult and hella 'spensive to transport a live animal on the airlines. It's even worse when you're coming from the midwest in the winter. However, it's less than half of what the pet relocation services want to charge. Bastards.
Really? I haven't found it too bad. What kind of animal, and how are you planning on doing it?
We need to replace the papasan cushion since I puked on it last night, and now it is very, very stinky. Does this look too good to be true? [link]

Cat, 16+ pounds, airline. IF it's not below 10 degrees when I fly out.
Can't you take it as a carry-on? That would be the easiest, I'm sure. Does your flight connect? I've found that's where you're most likely to run into hassles.
Can't you just buy a sherpa, and carry him/her on?

Would love to. He's too heavy, by at least one pound plus whatever the bag would weigh. They have a 15lb cutoff. I *could* try to put him on a starvation diet, but that's a little unfair. He's a solid boy - those who have met him can attest.
Timelies! I've been shot with dead flu bugs.

oops, edit again: No free shipping with that one.
