I fed off a flowerperson, and I spent the next six hours watchin' my hand move.

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Pitch~ma to Honored Hecubus. Much book-sellage!

PM, I know. People can be irrational. Are. Often. More often than not, I guess. We tend to trip up on odd things, too, like trees. Or spotted owls, or shoes. It would be nice, though, if as you said, the things that impede could be removed or amended, and the ones that don't be left alone.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Beverly, "The Libertine" is about Lord Rochester (Depp), with Charles II played by John Malkovich.

And we recently had a little situation where one of the embassies wanted to chop down an old tree and the neighborhood rallied around to save it. I think they're still trying to negotiate something to keep everyone more or less happy.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Just got an email from Dh about an old friend that just had a baby. While I don't wish her harm, I do think that I would rather not know anything about her. and I don't want to hear about her haveing children. Esp. scince when I last knew her, I wouldn't have trusted her to feed my cat. ( but if DH hadn't told me , it wouldn't be right either)

Oh beth, I hope your friend has gained a few clues in the intervening time.

Todd, I know. It was just "33 and his nose falls off" that made me think of the wee little puppet man.

Trust my rage

Stephanie, is Ellie feeling any better today?

Sort of. I think her cold/ear infection is better but she's suffering some secondary effects of the antibiotics. One thing just keeps leading to another. I sort of just want to scream...or wave a magic wand.

eta: If I could, I would just breastfeed her forever. Anytime anything else gets introduced into her system, chaos ensues.

You just need a break, Stephanie. Things keep piling on, and it's hard to see the end of it. Poor little Ellie. I hope she feels better soon.

Ann, that's a ferret.

The Libertine is Puppet Angel?

Or Michael Jackson.

Punishingly Intricate

Do any knitters hang here, or are they strictly Natterers?

I think Minearverse is the default crafting thread.

And good luck with the pitch, Hec!

Why am I feeling kinda ooky? Flu shot? I was just telling my mother that feeling bad after a flu shot was all psychosomatic. Did I psych myself into feeling bad?! I've got to start vacationing tomorrow! I don't wanna be sick! I'm going to try to stop thinking about it.

Trust my rage

Poor little Ellie.

It's stupid and irrational, but I feel like I broke her. She's actually acting fine, but she was *better* before all this started up. It all started with the rice cereal back on Nov. 5th.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

{{{Stephanie}}} {{{Ellie}}}

Emeline will have a poof for her next birthday, I'll tell you what!

Although, they don't look that hard to make. Hmmm.....
