Costco shows movies in my world. That's where I saw Independence Day.
I mean, I originally saw it in the theater in KL, but it was censored so all the scenes of shit blowing up were gone. A couple years later I was at Costco, and they had it playing on a big TV, so I parked my cart and watched it.

No power in the verse could get me to leave the house today. I even have DH doing transport duties ferrying the girls to their destinations of choice.

Today is stay in pajamas day, while watching the last 6 episodes of Veronica Mars. I may fry up some left over cornbread dressing in butter, later... now we are eating the cheese course leftovers.
Temperature appears to be back to normal today, but the headache is still at full strength and I still feel like ass. I am ready for a nap.
I have to go do chores because sitting in front of the television and watching rescuers chopping through the icy pond is freaking me out. Every year in my youth a number of people would end up under the ice due to cars crashing over bridges or people walking on thin ice. A few of the kids I went to HS with went into a river and they didn't find them until Spring. Very upsetting.
