'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Snow here and it's snowing in Indiana, where we're heading tomorrow. Thankfully, our new winter coats were delievered this week so we're ready.

Of course the snot monster is full-blown now with Owen and I'm going to get another comment of, "you know, most colds nowadays are really allergies" from my allergies-freak-MiL. *sigh* I don't have allergies, Christopher only developed his ragweed allergy about three years ago and I've already discussed this with my pediatrician.

The gross yellow gunk we're dealing with ISN'T A FUCKING ALLERGY! /Rant

I want the Snottiness to leave the Bitches and families alone for a while now, pretty please.

brillig

I just tried the typing speed thing on the work 'puter and got 5 seconds and change, but that's with 0 errors, baybee! I generally fast but a bit sloppy.

The valley here is filling up with the lovely winter inversion gunk. It's getting icky to breathe and there's no storms due for a few more days. It's not looking like it's going to be the snowy winter we had last year.

Art Crawl!!!

There was snow on the ground and in the air when I left my apartment but it was strangely warm outside.

Warm enough that I didn't button up my coat nor did I put on my gloves and I was perfectly comfortable. (I am wearing a turtleneck and a sweater.)

Now, the snow is almost gone, but this is possibly the warmest part of the day.

Meanwhile, my cold seems to be stuck in the throat congestion stage - hopefully it will disappear soon.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Okay, evidently I'm behind on some of the memos....

Aimee just sold me Joe for HCJ in IM. I'm totally not lying!

So, uh...vwbug, am I being shipped to you, or are you coming to get me?

Also, I'm a package deal with Monstro Bookcase O' Doom and all the books. And the comic books.

And if Aimee thinks that I'm just going to leave the Batcomputer behind and let HCJ play "The Incredibles" while I'm not? She is of the nuts.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Build a roof for that bookcase and y'all can live in it.

Coding and Sleeping

Pictures from the park this last weekend

These are all the pictures I took, I didn't cherry pick like normal so some are pretty so-so.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

You have beautiful children, Gud, and that's a very cool park.

Timelies. All of Kara's classmates got the same cold she did, and everyone's taking about 2 weeks to get over it. In fact, Kara's still got a bit of a snot monster and she's at the end of her 3rd week. I hope Owen's snot monster dies a lot sooner.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Aw, damn, vw gets the Monstro Bookcase O' Doom and the comic books, too? I know HCJ is fine and all that, but IMO Aimee shortchanged herself with that deal.

Really. I dream about that bookcase. If y'all are still in California at that far-distant point in time many years hence when Zmayhem moves to a bigger place, I will happily pay Joe whatever he asks to spend a weekend up here and build us our own MBO'D.

Hm. I do have the plans...

I'd probably ask for beer and pay for the materials.
