The status is NOT quo.

Oh honey. I'm so sorry. Love and strength to you and to your friends and family.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Oh, Daisy. I'm so sorry.

Gris, I love How To Cook Everything. Mine is literally falling apart; the spine is broken from overuse. Of course, 'cause I'm fickle, the go-to book du jour is the Best Recipes, put together by the Cooks Illustrated/ATK folks

So... anyway... that Veronica Mars show sure is good. I wish SOMEONE around here had told me how good it is! Anyway, we've watched the first 4 episodes of the first season. Good Stuff. Weevil is my seekrit boyfriend.

Only the first four eps, Nora? It gets SOOOO much better! Oooh, I'm all excited for you to watch the rest, knowing how good it gets! :)

It's Sunday night. Sigh. I used to have a weekly thing with friends on sunday nights cause...there's nothing else to do. Stores are closed. And there's work, just looooooming over tomorrow, and me knowing I SHOULD be doing laundry/cleaning/cooking before tomorrow, but I don't WANNA! Even if Monday IS the only day I"m working next week...

However, Erinaceous came to see my drag show last night! I feel speshul and you should all be mad jealous.

(Edit: OK, not so speshul that I need to double-post. That's weird...I didn't hit it twice!?)

Only knowing I have to get up early tomorrow for work caused me to end it after the first disc ended. Looking forward to Thanksgiving weekend, for sure!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

bad night. One of my best friends is moving to Syndey. I missed his party, because no one at the bar would give him my number.

We had to go visit with the girl who found our friend. I'm trying to be all calm and stoic, but I can hear this girl screaming in the other room. They tried to make her stay, but she left. She texted a couple of people who told her to call. So they went over, and it reaked from outside. The car actually ran out of gas. They called our other friend who made them bust the windows, too late. I have nothing...it's random and stupid, yet there it is.

{{{Daisy}}} I am so sorry for your loss. That is just awful.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh, damn, DJ. The universe needs to just lay off you for a bit, and I hope it does so soon.

I just realised that the above post does not make the kind of sense I meant it to. Screaming girl was not the one they tried to make stay... actually, I don't feel like explaining. My friend died in a horribly stupid way and we all miss her.
