Damn you, Bridget! Damn you to Hades! You broke my heart in a million pieces! You made me love you, and then you-- I SHAVED MY BEARD FOR YOU, DEVIL WOMAN!

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm dressed now, and I think I'm going to get out for a bit. Thanks for the condolences.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

So sorry to hear that. {{{{{{{{{{Daisy Jane}}}}}}}}}}}

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Daisy, how sad for her friends and family. My sympathies.

And I forgot to say, go Fay! earlier. Keep up the good work. Not like me. I lost 15 pounds and promptly rested on my laurels. My laurels are soft and cushy, still.

Finally got the Peppermint Mocha. After showering, starting laundry, taking out trash and doing grocery shopping for turkey day. Now, if only I had some Schnapps to toss in the coffee.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Daisy, I am so sorry.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Daisy, damn it. You're another who's had a year from hell.

Life owes you.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I swore I woudn't watch the PBS thing on rescuing the Katrina animals... but its really good.

Hey. New board.

Mmm, the mushroom-egg spread thing from the "appetizers" section of How To Cook Everything is really good on toast.

Many mushrooms, bit of garlic, bit of onion, bit of egg to hold it together. What's not to love?

Would probably have been even better had I had cream (optional part of the recipe).

The status is NOT quo.

Oh honey. I'm so sorry. Love and strength to you and to your friends and family.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Oh, Daisy. I'm so sorry.

Gris, I love How To Cook Everything. Mine is literally falling apart; the spine is broken from overuse. Of course, 'cause I'm fickle, the go-to book du jour is the Best Recipes, put together by the Cooks Illustrated/ATK folks

So... anyway... that Veronica Mars show sure is good. I wish SOMEONE around here had told me how good it is! Anyway, we've watched the first 4 episodes of the first season. Good Stuff. Weevil is my seekrit boyfriend.
