Dawn: Is that supposed to scare me? Spike: Little tremble wouldn't hurt.

'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Would you mind for a couple of minutes, vw?

Hey. New board.

I missed a musical discussion!

Professionally done shows I've seen in alphabetical order(a mostly complete list, though I'll probably forget something):

Assassins
Avenue Q
Beauty and the Beast
Cabaret
Chicago
Forbidden Broadway
Grease
Gypsy
Into the Woods
Les Miserables (twice)
Light in the Piazza
Lion King (twice)
Mamma Mia
Man of La Mancha
Phantom of the Opera
Rent (thrice)
Show Boat
Titanic
Thoroughly Modern Millie
Urinetown
Wicked

I love them all, and have gone through phases where different ones have been my favorite - Rent and Les Mis tied for the longest periods each, though Wicked has been in first for about a year now. After I see Sweeney Todd (yay!!!) it might come in first - I like the soundtrack, but Sondheim needs to be seen for me to get into it, and I hear the current production is brilliant. That's my Christmas present, is two tickets. Woo.

Over Thanksgiving, I'm seeing Fiddler, which currently has Rosie O'Donnel in it in a suprisingly well-reviewed performance. We'll see how that works out, I guess.

Did I mention how much I love living in NYC? This is the main reason why.

The status is NOT quo.

I swore the morning that I woke up humming "Oh what a beautiful morning" I was going to just slit my wrists and end it all right there.

Oh! I had forgotten about that! Thanks for the reminder...
