Viva Blackpool on BBCA? But that was just random songs in a show. And one of them one a Morrissey song. I don't think it counts as a musical.
Loathed West Side Story like nothing else. I have a tape of some people singing (folksy) when I was a kid and it is a tape of West Side Story on the other side, I am always very careful to get Paul and Marcie making a homemade tape and not the other.
Have you seen/heard "Wicked"?
I liked it. But the dancing cholos make me giggle sometimes.

Haven't heard the soundtrack for Wicked, but would see that too.
The Lion King is pretty mind-blowing too, actually.

I have the West Side Story soundtrack in my car and I love it and listen to it lots.
Kids movies don't count. I will watch most anything if the plea involves calling me Auntie...
I am afraid I will never get to be an aunt, either. My brother needs a very assertive gf...maybe I should introduce him to Allyson and have her whip him into shape? But if you were to ever do that literally I'd rather not know.
