I'm back in my hobbit hole, and my mother and sister are 250 miles away.
Welcome back Ginger. I am glad you survived the family vacation.
{{{Betsy}}} Good luck dealing with the band situation.
'Objects In Space'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Looking at classes for Spring. I want to take 7. That's a bit much, I'm thinking...
At least the original request involved the Salvation Army's right to ignore state anti-discrimination laws when using federal funds for "faith-based initiatives." So, use of federal money involved.
Ah, now I understand.
Props though for their helping anyone. I wish they were more equitable, but it seems like they're at least 'getting it' on the one front.
I'm sorry the band stuff's not working well for Will.
But I'm glad the work and daycare stuff's coming together for Susan. Boy, that plus writing is a lot to juggle.
You know, it sounds like a pretty good life to me. I'm glad everything worked out about the job. Susan.
Well, if I could somehow swing 36-hour days, or get that time-turner of Hermione Granger's. But I'm going to really have to fight to keep my writing going, and accept that 10-15 pages/week is enough for the time being. Which isn't a terrible page count--it still allows me to complete a novel in a year. But I've heard various people say you might as well not even try to write while you have small children if you're also working. And that's just not an option, AFAIC. I am a writer. I finally figured that out. I'm not going to stop.
Alton just made poptarts.
I am sure you'll find someway to write , Susan. and as long as you write every week, I wouldn't worry about page count. page count matters only when you have a contract in you hand.
I have no paid work today. Bad for the bank account, but good for actually letting me read my library books which are due tomorrow. I'd renew them, but I've used all my renewals up. I just finished reading "Chasing Shakespeares" by Sarah Smith. I'm not necessarily huge with Shakespeare love, but it was quite an enjoyable book. Deals with lot of issues, including the whole authorship issue. I think many of the peeps here would like it.
sending out the exam ma~ to gloomcookie - and yup, I started at 10.
Hi Bitches. I'm in a craptastic mood.
juliana, I'm sorry. I know you worked hard, and I'm sorry you're having to go through this. If there's anything at all I can do, let me know.

What? Didn't you see me post the review of the apocalyptic zombie novel upthread?
