It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.
I have no paid work today. Bad for the bank account, but good for actually letting me read my library books which are due tomorrow. I'd renew them, but I've used all my renewals up. I just finished reading "Chasing Shakespeares" by Sarah Smith. I'm not necessarily huge with Shakespeare love, but it was quite an enjoyable book. Deals with lot of issues, including the whole authorship issue. I think many of the peeps here would like it.

Yes, but not even that could stop me from sliding into this mood, although it did offer a small bright spark. I think Frank Zappa may be the soundtrack for that book.

I'll sit in the craptastic mood corner with Raq.
It should not take 20 minutes to check out at the grocery store...even if one has $150 in groceries. I had THE most inept cashier ever. I'm so upset, I'll probably never go back to that grocery store again...especially the way they embarrassed me for using my food stamps card.
I'm now home, though, and eating a yummy sandwhich with cheetos.
Oh, as a side note...one should maybe not grocery shop while on steroids. One might spend, say, $40 on chips, etc.
