j, how soon are you hoping to take off for SF?

Soon. Possibly the next couple of weeks soon. We'll see. I already have a phone interview set up with a group I applied to. Not my most exciting possibility, but a possibility.

Anything we non-fairies can do to help the transition?

Just be here, I guess. This is so fucking scary. He's got his life all mapped out for him and I've got fog. I don't deal well with uncertainty or change.

I don't blame you -- it sucks. But for whatever it's worth, I have a feeling this will turn out to be one of the good changes when you're looking back at later.

juliana, I've already pinged a local theater friend, and by the time you move in to Lee's place you'll already have a membership in this group and a subscription to their monthly magazine.

Susan, that is great news! Woo and hoo! But, ugh, on having to find new clothes.

Juliana, I am so sorry. I don't know if she knows anybody but I'll check with my best friend in SF and see if she has any theatre connections. If nothing else, she's an awesome aesthetician if you are ever in the market for some top-notch waxing or facials.
