Sir? I think you have a problem with your brain being missing.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Not that he's not probably a champion wheedler, but Camilla doesn't strike me as the type to really give a damn one way or the other.

That too.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Nurse goes to the bank to cash her paycheck. She pulls her pen out to endorse the check and realizes that it's a rectal thermometer. She looks at the teller and says, "Some asshole has my pen."

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Random and off-topic: Does (modern) Greek not use capital letters? flea? raq? others who are better-traveled than I?

information libertarian

Modern greek uses capital letters. Edit: in the normal places you would find caps in English - they don't do any weird German Noun Capitalization.

That's what I thought, but Microsoft (or at least its keyboard layout) seemed to be telling me otherwise. Huh.

(edit: Or maybe I didn't happen to type any that look different. Probably the simplest explanation.)

That's funny, Aimee.

Thanks. My dad's friend told me that this weekend. I told my grandmother and I thought she was gonna tinkle.

Thrive to spite them

I got to go home from work early! It was a slightly annoying day. The division head came in asking for folders ("in a rainbow of colors") and those sticky things...that go on them...labels? So I went and found labels. But that wasn't it. And she handed me a pop up Post it Note dispenser, thinking she wanted it refilled I gave her a refill. No, She wanted those sticky things that go on folders. That are like these sticky things ... "I call them labels, I don't know what they are called, but they are sticky and you put them on your folders, they come in colors and they are smaller than those sticky things (ie post it notes)."

Finally it came to me Post it Note Flags. I can understand not knowing they are called flags or even post it notes, but not to have any clue about the actual product. I call them sticky notes sometimes and I asked her if that's what she wanted and she said no.

Just a week ago a coworker and I had to show her how scratch off lottery tickets work. She had no clue.
