Come on out, River. The nice man wants to kidnap you.

Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Librarian Warlord

I'm so glad that I didn't turn out like KAQ.

::hugs Deena::

Me, too.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

You're so sweet. Thank you.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

However, it's Mellow City.

But is it as nice as Le Isle du Percocet?

Nothing beats Morphinetown.

Oh, dear lord. I took valium and then drank on top of it, many, many years ago. I'm so glad that I didn't turn out like KAQ.

Like I said, I don't recommend Ativan + booze.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I wanted to thank everyone for the stocking links the other day. I ended up ordering this santa one. I am really looking forward to this holiday season, even with the job in retail!

brillig

Plus the occasional penny shoved up the nose as a child.

Snerk.

MRIs can be scary, because the machines are noisy and off in a room by themselves while doctors watch through a window (I say this so you won't be surprised). Hubby's had MRIs and cat scans and all sorts of scans. I got to watch the scan that showed his skeleton on a screen, and I freaked out the technician when I said, "I wonder what his skull looks like." I then corrected it to say, "Not that I'm going to take any measures to look, you know." I felt like Bartleby in "Dogma".

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

OTOH, my crazy neighbors next door regularly use both, and they're both still alive (well, one of them attempted suicide, but failed--the connection to combined Ativan and booze is unclear). Still, probably not worth the (significant) risk.

ETA that MRIs can be uncomfortable if you're claustrophobic but otherwise are definitely no big deal. Signed, have had at least 20 so far.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay MG!

Juliana, I hope the meltdown helped release some stress. Listen to everyone who says not to worry about the MRI.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Still, probably not worth the (significant) risk.

Duly noted. Thank you.

It's a good thing I only will have to take it sparingly. (Hopefully)

{{juliana}} I forgot that part. I was thinking it very hard, though. I'm glad your doctor was understanding and I hope they figure out the headaches and make them go away quickly and easily.

{{sj}} Thanks :)
