Joins in the Deena hugging.
Spike's Bitches 27: I'm Embarrassed for Our Kind.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
OTOH, my crazy neighbors next door regularly use both, and they're both still alive (well, one of them attempted suicide, but failed--the connection to combined Ativan and booze is unclear). Still, probably not worth the (significant) risk.
ETA that MRIs can be uncomfortable if you're claustrophobic but otherwise are definitely no big deal. Signed, have had at least 20 so far.
Yay MG!
Juliana, I hope the meltdown helped release some stress. Listen to everyone who says not to worry about the MRI.
Still, probably not worth the (significant) risk.
Duly noted. Thank you.
It's a good thing I only will have to take it sparingly. (Hopefully)
{{juliana}} I forgot that part. I was thinking it very hard, though. I'm glad your doctor was understanding and I hope they figure out the headaches and make them go away quickly and easily.
{{sj}} Thanks :)
*blush* but YES! I "Exceed Expactations" and had lots of glowing things written about me.Whoot!
Hi! I just had a full-scale meltdown at the doctor's, whee!!Are you having reruns of my life, perchance?
t slides a wine list and drink menu through ethernet
(Yes, I've done it. It's not actually recommended by healthcare professionals, and therefore I will not recommend it. However, it's Mellow City.)This is why I check various combos online sometimes... Sure they don't rec it, but some things are just good together and sometimes the liver just needs to take it like an organ.
Though let's not have anyone accidentally overdosing around here. Combinations should be like having a cookie with your morning coffee, not doing lines of speed to wake up. Still half a Vicodin and a little glass of wine one Christmas Eve with strep was damn near bliss because it stopped feeling like I was swallowing firey razor blades until the antibiotics could kick in overnight.
Toto seems to be much better.
Yeah! Thanks Emily.
And, is it too late to join in the Deena hug?
Dad is still in hospital, this morning's attempt at jump-starting his irregular heartbeat did not work, apparently. They're going to try medication for a few days, then some similar-but-different jumpstart procedure. Or so my mom says.
Meanwhile, got out to my car this morning and it wouldn't start because I'd left the light on.
Can I get some calm, relaxed, fun -ma for the weekend? Cause all the stress is not fun.
YAY for Raq having a job!
That whole sitch with my sister from the other day just got even worse.
Ooh, so sorry. Sending smiting-vibes.
They also want to change me from hourly to salaried at the end of the year, with a nice bump in $
As long as they make up for the fact that you must be getting MAD overtime right now...
It's never too late to hug!
meara, car~ma and dad~ma and fun~ma to you.
Kara watched Monsters, Inc. a couple of days ago, and since we've tifauxed it, a couple of times since. After watching it the first time, she declared that she's Randall. For those of you who might not have seen the movie, that's a bad guy. Aidan and Kara have been sick, and Tonight, Greg was telling her that Kara had to eat her veggies to help her antibodies, and described germs and such... really fascinated her, except...
Kara: I'm not Kara, I'm Randall!
Greg: Kara! Randall! Whatever! Eat your vegetables!
Kara: But I'm not Kara! I'm Randall! Randal doesn't eat veggies!
Deena: Kara, when we're talking seriously to you, you need to stop playing and be Kara. After we're done, then you can go back to pretending.
Kara: Okay,
t sigh
when you talk to me, I will pretend to be Kara.
I think that was a compromise. At least she ate half of her vegetables.
I think that was a compromise. At least she ate half of her vegetables
That counts as one of the great victories, my dear.
