Eyes are scary stuff, this is true.
Maria, did you get my email? YOu know, the one with the numbers? And the thing? If not, I can re-send.
Heart-ma to meara's dad.
And congratulations to Raq--now nanny-ma to follow.
dw, luck on the second interview--was that Susan's? Or your interview?
Insurance adjusters coming and going in my friveway. DH and StY got rear-ended by a lol in an Escort sitting at a stoplight yesterday at sunset. She didn't see them for the sun in her eyes. Both her airbags deployed, smashing her forearm into her chest, and breaking her wrist. Her car's totalled--block cracked, bumper ripped off. Her insurance company and ours are looking at DH's truck. Which he is driving to the beach for a week. On Sunday, because I need the car while he's gone.
Or her insurance company is paying for a rental. First world problems. The news is, she's going to have to have surgery on the wrist. Poor thing.
I think they ought to shut down west-facing roads at sunset--and east-facing ones at sunrise. Be fun enforcing that, wouldn't it?
When you start calling him Totoboo or Pumpkinboo or Pupaboo, then you should worry.
I often call my cat "Pookerdoo" which is a variation of Pookie-->Pooker. His name is Mickey. Don't ask. I'm a freak.
Your hard-to-wake child may vary, but mother had to pound on my door to get me up until graduation, pretty much.
What. She. Said. I still have trouble waking up in the morning at age 31.
Thirded. Still have trouble at 37.
My cat's name is Jimmy. I call him Jimbo Jones, Jim Jam, Jimminy Cricket or Bitey Cat. Poor little Jimmy has no sense of identity!
Mooooooooooom, Suzi's hogging the good day~ma again!
Woo hoo, that is wonderful news! You totally deserve it.
I'll take a vodka tonic....
A friend of mine used to call her dog "cuntywupples."
Nutella on warm bread:
Bev, yes I did. I've been a putz and haven't responded. Will do shortly.
Dallas is often "Princess Puppy" -- for obvious reasons.
A friend of mine used to call her dog "cuntywupples."
Miriam? That seems like something Miriam might do.
Heh, David, I had that same thought.
I'm very happy for the return of Maidengurl's assistant. Not least because that makes our lunch plans more imminent.
I really hope Betsy's eyeballs are okay, and her vision snaps back.
I got an invitation to pitch today. Umm, a book, not a baseball. I'm excited.
