Kara went to school in a pretty black turtleneck, with the black skirt that sj gave her. I made her a wand that's almost as tall as she is, and we picked up some wings last night. Needless to say, she's no longer a pirate princess, Big Bird, or Sully (the monster, not the x-files character), which was another short-lived desire. She seemed to be quite happy once she realized that what she wanted was to be pretty and get to wear make-up.
Tonight she will wear a long, blue dress, a tiara and wings, carrying the wand. There will be makeup, also glitter. She is going trick-or-treating tonight as a frost fairy.

Ugh. I just got off the phone with my PCP's office. They were actually kind of rude. I explained the situation and told them I was told by the ER that I must be seen today.
"But your PCP is not in today. You need to page her."
"Can't I be seen by anyone else?"
"No, for something like this, you need to be seen by her."
"I am sorry, but I cannot wait until Wendesday to do something about this. I need to be seen today."
"Please hold."
