Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

ita, could it be meds related? I passed out and fell out of a chair onto the floor from Benadryl plus Imitrex once. And Imitrex alone on an empty stomach usually gives me 20 minutes of wooziness and dizziness.

OK, you're allowed to bounce off other people's fists and elbows and whatnot, but not file cabinets. They do not have your best interests at heart.

Anybody know why BGE sent me a check for $22.40? Because I checked, and I haven't accidentally overpaid at any point. I guess they fucked up or got menanced with the threat of price fixing and are just quietly reimbursing. Though they've just creditted my account in the past when I've accidentally overpaid. Who the hell knows.

Motivating myself to go shopping. It's either that or the closet, and shopping is barely winning as less painful that going through the closet. Course, I have to do that when I get back. Maybe.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yikes, ita. I hope the fainting was a once time thing. Be safe. And, I'm with Trudy about having your doctor call if they have any cancellations.

The Dover, PA evolution vs. intellegent design trial? Not going well for the intellegent design side. [link]

A former school board member who denied advocating that creationism be taught alongside evolution in high-school biology classes changed his story Thursday, after lawyers in a federal courtroom played a TV news clip that recorded him making such a comment.
...
Buckingham, who led the board's curriculum committee when it approved the policy a year ago, confirmed Thursday that he said during a June 2004 board meeting that the biology textbook is "laced with Darwinism." The clip that was shown later in the day came from an interview that he gave to a news crew from WPMT-TV in York later in the month.
"It's OK to teach Darwin," he said in the interview, "but you have to balance it with something else, such as creationism."

OK, I just called American Airlines to get my frequent flier number applied to my flights this week AND the ones I had in March, so I should get a free flight... never, since I don't fly very often, and American even less. Although, apparently I fly American more than I think. Anyway, it's a start.

I've got about 10 different frequent flyer cards, and have never yet received a free flight.

I used to do really well when I lived in Washington -- I flew between there and Boston a lot, only on USAir. And they were giving bonuses for booking online and whatnot. That rocked.
