Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

they're the club kids of fruits

If you eat too much, you get brain damage?

My objection is just to dried fruit, neon cubes or otherwise. I don't even like oatmeal-raisin cookies (make it oatmeal-chocolate chip and I love them), so while I'll take others' word for it that there's such a thing as good fruitcake, they can have my slice while I go for an extra helping of pecan pie.

I tend to like desserts more if they're fruit-based, like my current favorites (Mom's) pumpkin pie and poached brandied pear at a local restaurant.

Best ever was passion fruit mousse in chocolate shells with a sprig of mint.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I like oatmeal rasin cookies, but I absolutely love oatmeal butterscotch cookies. They may be my favorite cookie ever.

(in the coset or the fridge, there is some dispute over this)

Left coset or right coset?

TomW, nice to see you again. Ish. That is, see-ish, not nice-ish.

Holy crap, my credit card is over the limit. That's never happened to me before.

I don't like things in my oatmeal cookies at all.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

Neon cubes are not compulsory. The cake we made last year was from Good Eats and included no neon. It did include dried raisins, currants, cranberries, blueberries, cherries and apricots (soaked overnight in booze). The only candied thing in it was ginger.

I love dried fruits. I used to drive my mother nuts picking all the weird little floury date "worms" from the gorp we got from the grocery store.
