I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies
Having never read The Sun Also Rises, I kind of love that review. And RE the Turkish Delight, I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when I got a chance (as an adult) to eat some. Edmund, really! That was not worth selling your soul.

Yes, because the only reason to include anything in a book/movie/tv show is because the author is 100% in favor of it. Didn't you get the Parents' Television Council memo?
