Well, quite a lot of fuss. If I didn't know better, I'd think we were dangerous.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Tina Fey returns to SNL:

“I had to get back to work,” Fey said. “NBC has me under contract; the baby and I have only a verbal agreement.”

Heh.

Heh. Tina Fey and I were theatre majors at UVA together. Not close friends, but we knew each other. WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME?!?!?!

I can't even.

WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME?!?!?!

Is this a trick question?

From earlier:

I keep waiting for sme other country to roust Bush out of bed all crazy in his underwear and then liberate us.

I called our armed forces but they said it would take 48 hours for them to track down which of our guys had the gun.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Huh. This means you also went to school with one of my friends.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

The U2 concert(at the MCI Center in DC, for anyone who wants to know) was very good, but I'm paying for the lack of sleep now. And tomorrow I head to a filk con, where I will get not enough sleep again.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

ah the joys/cons of business travel.

joy = out of office
con = 2 completely full flights for 5 hours of my day yesterday
joy = knitting and listening to iPod on while getting paid
con = doing it from the middle seat of said full flights joy = per diem for food
con = getting in after local restaurants are closed and having Dominoes for dinner
joy = beautiful scenery
con = having to drive through it for 3 hours quickly in order for co-worker to make earlier flight
joy = relaxing night alone in hotel with free wifi
con = not being able to get into work emails and the only dinner option being a Bennigans

I feel so big time.

Snazzy business msbelle!

When I came home, there was some sort of incident outside the Home Depot. No idea what. Crowd, cops, some guy lying on the ground weirdly by the fence. Creepy.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

The NY librarian who has been visiting all this week to work on a project with me just left.

Hi.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Welcome home, msbelle.

Hey, did you send the thing, or should I get/make my own?

Sarameg, sorry about the broken guy.

Perk, was the NY librarian at least a dashing hottie?
