Our wings are not tired

People should talk about their weekends

Got drunk and made out with a gay boy dressed as Prince.

There was a guy dresses as Prince at our party here. Also, I noticed in one of the pictures he has some red makeup on his face, and since I was covered in red makeup as Satan, it means I probably made out with him. Or at least kissed his cheek.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I saw that! Apparently more people pay homage to the Purple One than I had previously thought.

Heh. I ended up with my Prince's makeup all over my face, too.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You know, the usual.

Pretty tame for you.

We went to the last weekend of JZ's Renaissance Faire. Emmett rode ponies, shot arrows (from a full bow, and a pistol-grip crossbow), watched risque comedy improv, enjoyed juggling and rope walkign, threw darts, bet on turtle races, watched jousts and fencing, ate strawberry ice, won tokens which were redeemed for a tiny knight.

Yesterday we rode bikes through Golden Gate Park, checked out the new De Young Museum (a big deal in SF - huge lines) and stopped by Stowe Lake for a Cherry Icee. Watched the first Star Wars movie (though Emmett insists on referring to it as the fourth.)

JZ came home from Faire with laryngitis and seemed well glad to have an excuse to not go into work today, but lie in bed, read Gloriana by Michael Moorcock and drink Chamomile tea with lots of lemon.

I know. A party's really just not a party unless someone gets tied up.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

People should talk about their weekends

Bleached my hair and put red dye in it. The second application finally took (I was looking like a Cheeto for a while), so now I have cherry-RED hair. Now I have to get it cut.

Good plan! Teppy's scheduled for tomorrow, which is - I think - the same day as Jesse's Isaac Mizrahi makeover. I think it's a propitious date.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Pictures, Juliana.

I went to a farm thing. There were pumpkins.

Then there were groceries and baking.
