Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have sworn off Kim Chee. Never had it, but a krav partner did, and he sweated it all over me, and well, NO.

I thought all the Buffy alumni were on VM?

First one to get AD wins.

Except the writers who are on JJ Abrams shows.

Colin's new show is trying to get Angel writers. That'll be nice and circular. For me. NSM Colin.

That AH looks like a scrappy gal -- I hope you remember your krav.

Art Crawl!!!

I gave up on The OC this year because it lost its funny and Alias and Smallville are on at the same time and I had to drop one.

Leonard Robert? Who was he on Smallville? (He was one of the Gentlemen, right?)

Silence means security silence means approval

Stupid White Sox. How many home runs do they have to hit before somebody admits that "Ozzieball" is actually just good pitching and hitting? Bunting the runner over my flat white fanny.

I don't know why the media has bought into this "smallball" belief about the Sox. Maybe it's because of Podsednik's speed. Or maybe it's because the Sox are averaging 4.5 R/G while the pitchers are giving up 3.98 R/G. But they've been scoring with the homer.

The ALCS was the first time a team has had four complete games in a playoff series since the Yankees in the 1956 World Series (and any baseball fan with a knowledge of history should know the signifigance of that series that year). It's the first time a team has won all four games with complete game performances since 1926.

On the upside for us eggheads, there is a good chance it will be a World Series of pitching duels, if the Astros clinch tomorrow. On the downside for everybody else, pitching duels are incredibly boring unless you are an egghead.

Except... you've got Paul Konerko hitting in that bandbox they call Minute Maid. You're going to have a lot of tight, close, quick games punctuated by big homers when they're important. And if the Cards pull off the miracle and charge back, you'll have the South Side vs. the Cardinal Nation, meaning you'll have monster ratings throughout the Midwest.

I hate Ozzie Guillen. I think he's a prick. But I'm rooting for the nasty, brutish, and short Sox anyway.

Leonard Roberts was Forrest on Buffy, and one of the last survivors of Krypton (not too rare a group, that) on Smallville.

Perkins -- better her than me, that's for sure.

Art Crawl!!!

Duh! I totally forgot the actor's name. Although I recognized him on the show and I saw him recently elsewhere also playing a baddie. What was it?

I can't remember.

On edit: checked the IMDB - I think it was "Drumline" - I stumbled across that on tv sometime in the past couple of weeks and there he was. Not really a baddie -- just kinda sorta. (Also, he was in an episode of Due South, isn't that funny?)

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I just had the ultimate Buffista evening. There were corsets and bustiers, and vampy singing, and dorks turning into hot jugglers, and splendid frilly drinks, and beautifully dressed people, and trapeze artists and singers and tons of pop-culture references, and lots of different music--

and

and!

a theremin!

(Yes, I went to Teatro Zinzanni. Worth nearly every penny. People coming to SF for the F2F should get tickets and go. Really.)

The "tiny" part makes it fit her better. You're short, but not tiny.
