So the girl came back to my hotel, and I turned the lights down and we started making out. I said "Hold on a second, I've gotta go brush my teeth." It was dark, I left the room, and I sent in my friend, who looked like me. And she thought she was having sex with me, but she was really having sex with my friend.
This is slightly mitigated for me by the lights being turned low but not out, and the friend having to come back in and face the girl before any sexing up could happen. Obviously her judgement had to be fairly impaired to not realize the guy she'd been making out with had been replaced with Folger's crystals, but there was at least the opportunity for her to recognize the switch and call a halt to the proceedings if she objected. Still sleazy, but not something that I'd consider criminal.

I don't really see a lot of mitigation in those factors. I see a lot of ick, though.

In better, happier thoughts, where do you suppose I could pick up a quick emergency tiara for my little niece, who appears to have responded to the princess marketing, and just had a birthday, and who I'm going to see at 10:30 tomorrow morning?
