So the girl came back to my hotel, and I turned the lights down and we started making out. I said "Hold on a second, I've gotta go brush my teeth." It was dark, I left the room, and I sent in my friend, who looked like me. And she thought she was having sex with me, but she was really having sex with my friend.
This is slightly mitigated for me by the lights being turned low but not out, and the friend having to come back in and face the girl before any sexing up could happen. Obviously her judgement had to be fairly impaired to not realize the guy she'd been making out with had been replaced with Folger's crystals, but there was at least the opportunity for her to recognize the switch and call a halt to the proceedings if she objected. Still sleazy, but not something that I'd consider criminal.

I can easily envision a scenario with a dark room and sex starting without the drunk woman getting a clear view of the guy's face. It's now how I'd like to operate, but she didn't need to have a good opportunity.
I don't think that makes it criminal, but it is really disgusting.

Consent to sex with one person is not a blanket consent to all. And both men knew she hadn't consented to sex with the second guy. That seems intentional rape to me.
