DJ I have never really made patterns. Only a couple and I can't even remember how I converted them. I would think Knitty would have something.

Best thing...I don't have to make the grilled cheese because I am a domestic goddess who figured out how to get out the mildew smell from the clothes that inevitably get left in the washer because we're both to busy to remember we washed them- or to do anything about it once we remember.
