A few years ago I had some fat-free cheese, and I decided there was no food on this planet more disgusting than that. Because, you know, CHEESE IS COMPRESSED AND AGED FAT.
I like the Morningstar veggie burgers, because they're not trying to make hamburger patties that taste like cow. Trying to make veggie products taste like meat will always fail because they're not made of meat. It'd be like making corn-on-the-cob out of ground pork.
What thehell were you people looking at? I skipped muchly. Harry Potter? Michael Jackson? BROOMS?
I cut my cheese fat intake by buying a block of very pungent Cabrales cheese that's flavorful enough to eat only a teaspoon's worth per sitting. Of course, I do need to follow through with the calcium-enriched OJ to compensate.

The best veggie burger I've ever had is the black bean burger at 74th St Ale House, because it's not trying to taste like anything but a spicy bean cake, with cheese and salsa and some kind of dressed-up mayo. Yum.

At least they attempt to add some kind of flavor to "cheese." The really disgusting stuff is fat-free cream cheese. It's wallpaper paste, with less flavor.

Curse you. I couldn't resist the link a second time.
What's really impressive is that they managed to work in so many bad fic and vid cliches. They even redeemed Draco.
