this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Each of my roommates (um, former roommates) got married not too long after moving into my apartment.

Nilly, me too! It's quite a mystical power, I feel.

I wonder what would happen if we ever lived together....

At least it makes it look like I have a lot done....

Double spacing and a big font. You can reduce it later, but the feeling of "look, I've accomplished something already, it's not just me and the empty white page!" is something that at least I quite need.

I wonder what would happen if we ever lived together....

To tie two copics of the conversation together: you'll have Hebrew fonts on your computer!

But, hey, wanna come over here and check it out?

In fact, I just talked about you last night. One of my roommates (oh, all the conversation ties up) told me about going to a certain synagogue on the last Yom-Kippur, where the prayer was so much prettier than the one she was used to from her parent's synagogue, that the way the prayer was sung and the words pronouned made her understand them better, resonate more for her. I told her about that shabbat in SF, when you sat with me in deb's kitchen during the blessing of the wine, and I translated it to English for you. It made me understand better, deeper, words that I've known by heart, that I can't remember when I didn't know them, but still not in the same way.

That's one of my favorite memories!

I am wildly cranky today, and the worst part is that it's my own fault for not going to bed at a decent hour. Rarr.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I slept so much yesterday (napped after I came home with the migraine -- slept the heavy limbed sleep and then went to be early). Still woke up reluctantly, which isn't like me.

Still, I've dropped three classes from my krav assisting schedule. Just need to make it to December, then I can rejuggle.

Brown belt test the first week. God, I need to get my cardio up -- and the PT says I can't run. Tosser. Well, I can run in the pool. I should run in the pool. Tomorrow morning, ita runs in the pool.
