Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Cowbody Baby shower gifts for Jesse: [link]

The only reason I know they have it as a theme is that they've registered for all the stuff. So if I go that route, that's easy enough.

I still don't really have any interest in Sean Maher.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Pretty, pretty man. Dana is truly a goddess to bring such gifts.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Aimee, that's Sean Maher

DIES DIES DIES

Totally amazing.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

There are more pictures, incidentally. Check the Firefly thread for the link. None of them are quite as heart-stopping as the Sean Maher ones, but there are lovely pictures of all the Firefly guys.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh my. That was a nice start to my lunch hour.

Okay, the Sean Maher bitey-yum-yum improved my day, but now I have to go stab some coworkers who need to stop freaking the fuck out on my ass.

If I only had a brain...

The doctrine also states that newborns cannot be poked or prodded for medical tests for a week

Oh, that's frelling brilliant. If your kid happens to have one of the rare metabolic disorders (like PKU), the child can be seriously damaged by a week of normal feeding.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I just don't understand how this country's government (well, previous administrations of same that actually had some concern for people's wellbeing) hasn't reacted to the church's practices the same way the German one has.
