If I only had a brain...

The doctrine also states that newborns cannot be poked or prodded for medical tests for a week

Oh, that's frelling brilliant. If your kid happens to have one of the rare metabolic disorders (like PKU), the child can be seriously damaged by a week of normal feeding.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I just don't understand how this country's government (well, previous administrations of same that actually had some concern for people's wellbeing) hasn't reacted to the church's practices the same way the German one has.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Germany doesn't quite have the same protection for expression that we do.

There is some question about "what did the 'church' have on the IRS Commissioner when he reinstated their tax-exempt status", IIRC.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

msbelle needs to not say that, or else it might come true, and then I would have to get ita to krav her.
