GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

It suprised me the first time I noticed a real person named Smith in a newspaper story.

I have still yet to meet a John Smith. I've met a few people with the last name "Smith", but no Johns.

FOX currently has a reporter in a city they're identifying as "Lake Charles, TX."

Blame it on the insomnia last night, but what am I missing here?

Lake Charles is in LA, not TX.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He was more than a good sport. I think he had a wicked grin. I highly recommend crushing on him. And I love meeting an actor whose work I like and coming away liking them more rather than less or even the same amount. It rocks.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Fox is in on the plan for Texas to annex all neighboring states.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I jus watched Destination: Lost - but really I was cleaning the house. Now I need to watch the premire. But after watching the recap - I remembered why I decided VM was the show I was going to chose over LOST. Don't get me wrong , I like Lost, but I don't think about it much when I am not watchig it.

Bah. I just got pulled off a project at the business user's request. I feel quite professionally slighted. The fact that it wasn't my fault is completely irrelevant to both them and my manager (as it should be -- I'm not bitching about that). And the new PM won't have the same problems, but not in the least because I just sat with my manager for half an hour telling her what they were and discussing making sure they don't happen again. Also because those steps are already done.

Combine that with the fact that I'm not training at krav (maybe I should go tonight) I feel quite useless. The other projects where they love me really don't count right now.

Do something that makes you feel competent and engaged. That sometimes helps me (moreso when I HAVE done something wrong) to shake it off.
