In the American League, if whoever starts as designated hitter is switched to one of the fielding positions, the team loses the DH, and the pitcher then has to hit, just like in the National League.

I've been able to read a bit, and I've skipped and skimmed, but I've never come to the end of a thread and had time to post. I really should be in bed now.
How's stuff? I saw pictures in F2F of the get togethers. I'm sorry I didn't have the time, or cash really, to get something for -t. Speaking of presents, the one from you and Aims will be going down to Gainsville to Cyn. Her shop opens back up next month, so they'll probably wait to use it until they know if/when they're moving back.

Yeah, the way they did the thing on Grey's Anatomy was the best that they could have done it so long as they weren't going to be really brave and let what would really happen, happen.
