Congrats, Robin! You're such a rock star.
I have been all over the world in the rain today. Now I am home in sweats and dry socks and I'm not going back out again. Possibly ever. Went looking for an orange turtleneck, and found a couple that would be OK, but not ideal. So at least they exist.
Now I am resting, but I have got to got to do homework tonight. Got to.
ALSO...YAY ROBIN! Can we take you out to celebrate soon?
Just in case Hec hasn't had quite enough, cat update:
I just took a nap, during which I locked Perkins the cat in that part of the apartment with me. At some point, Ozzie moved out of the guest room into the living room, and is now trapped behind my big green chair. Based on the hissing and growiing, I would say he's still a little perturbed. I'm guessing there's going to be a vet visit in my future soon.
I just came from seeing The Corpse Bride and Serenity. I left the theatre in such a bad mood I went and bought a chocolate custard smash with Heath Bar bits and malt.
I'm still kind of in a bad mood. when doe the chocolate kick in?
The perfect antidote? Seeing Wallace and Gromit.
The perfect antidote? Seeing Wallace and Gromit.
That's the plan for tommorrow.
I saw Wallace and Gromit with my nephew this afternoon. Towards the end of the movie, he turned to me and said, "This movie's really good. I didn't think it would be this good."
I've read two reviews of the movie, and both compared Gromit to Buster Keaton.
Hey Kat...I just noticed that I'd penciled lunch in with you today. Um. Oops? I think we both forgot.
Probably just as well. Not the best company lately.
I was going to go see MirrorMask in Palo Alto tomorrow. Maybe I should go see Wallace and Gromit instead.
Ha HA! I found a topic for my paper that EVERYONE's been on about. Now I just have to pick two groups. Have you people heard of the American Center for Law and Justice? I have, but I don't know if they're actually well-known. What about Concerned Women for America?
