Suspicious soda can at Penn Station was a hoax:
Police in bio-hazard suits responded to an apparent hoax in one of New York's main transport hubs Friday, further straining public nerves already frayed by the threat of a terrorist attack on the city's subway system.

Charles in Charge
Of our days and our nights
Charles in Charge
Of our wrongs and our rights
And I sing, I want,
I want Charge in Charge of me.
