Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm hoping they left fingerprints. Little shits.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Quick, somebody say something!

What is even happening?

Something?

That's the spirit!

I have 29 minutes left, and time is moving very slowly, like it's overdosed on Sudafed.

Okay, this is just for the cause, Perkins.

I'm obsessed with sitcom theme songs today. You may have seen the posts this morning. Anyhow, I've been playing them all day. This morning, I thought the Charles in Charge song was merely insipid. But now...is it just me or is there some sub/dom subtext in these lyrics?

New boy in the neighborhood
Lives downstairs and it's understood.
He's there just to take good care of me,
Like he's one of the family.

Charles in Charge
Of our days and our nights
Charles in Charge
Of our wrongs and our rights

And I sing, I want,
I want Charge in Charge of me.

Charles in Charge
Of our days and our nights
Charles in Charge
Of our wrongs and our rights

And I sing, I want,
I want Charge in Charge of me.

Silence means security silence means approval

Bush's poll numbers continue to find new lows. [link]

Only 28 percent say the country is headed in the right direction while two-thirds, 66 percent, say it is on the wrong track, the poll found....

Among those most likely to have lost confidence about the nation's direction over the past year are white evangelicals, down 30 percentage points since November, Republican women, down 28 points, Southerners, down 26 points, and suburban men, down 20 points.

His approval rating remains stuck at 39%. Interestingly, Congress' approval rating has risen by 3% in the last month.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

You know what?

I really didn't need an image of Scott Baio dressed in leather and sporting a riding crop and handcuffs.

Can I be blind now too?

What is even happening?

Oh, I'm so sorry. Seeking blindness oughtta make the time fly by though.

Heh. You can't help it if I'm bored enough to be picturing bad (and icky) stereotypes.

Yeah, 'cause I actually didn't get the visual 'til you mentioned it. I got my first kiss from him, you know.
