The levels of stupid there are breathtaking.
I can't speak from personal experience, but I suspect the "no sounds or expressions of pain" thing won't last terribly long once labor really gets going. Especially without drugs.

Eh, I wasn't especially loud, and probably could have done the whole thing quietly, but birth isn't exactly peaceful for the kidlet, who's the one getting his or her head squished while he or she gets pushed out.
So, the notion that somehow being a quiet little woman while you do it makes it all better is... kind of absurd.

My family was in the meat business for three generations. I've seen vegetables that had higher IQs than cattle. I was going to things like openings of meat processing plants when I was a kid. I do think the time they gave toy lambs to the kids at the opening of a lamb processing plant was in questionable taste. "Oh, see the lambs. They're so cute. Let's kill them."

Maybe "hypocrisy" is the better word. Danza seemed to be saying that Cruise shouldn't be so eager to raise a big moral fuss about antidepressant medication if he's going to violate traditional moral values with premarital sex. IOW, it isn't the sex/pregnancy, it's Cruise's "I'm above the rules" attitude.
