Mal: Well, you were right about this being a bad idea. Zoe: Thanks for sayin', sir.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Poor Al Gore, so right, and so late.

I had Burger King chicken tenders and fries for lunch. I make no excuses, other than it was sufficiently tasty, and quick.

hip deep in pie

Salmon and Mango would be great, in theory, if I liked Salmon.

What is even happening?

I'm either going to have a turkey sandwich or a cucumber sandwich w/chive & onion cream cheese. Can't make up my mind.

I wonder what they'd be like combined. You know, spread the cream cheese really thin, and put some cuke slices on top of the turkey.

information libertarian

I feel like all my clothes are really old. How long have you had the clothes you're wearing right now? I'm in 3 year old brown cotton pants (now worn from washing so I only wear them to work on dusty days), a 2 year old linen blouse (also getting worn), and 3 month old sandals. But I still wear a blouse I bought in 11th grade, and these are the newest shoes I own by 2 years. What's normal?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How long have you had the clothes you're wearing right now?

Sandals: five or so years (I think I'm going to trash them soon -- they're looking their age). Skirt -- five or so years, keeping it forever. Cardigan -- one year. Top -- five months.

I still wear clothes I first got in high school. If it's in good condition and/or I love it to bits, why not?

shoes I am wearing right now I bought a few months ago. The ones I am changing into I have had for 8-9 years.

shirt - 5 years? about that, it is showing some wear, may need a fabric shaving.

suit - 3-4 years, and I got it from a GoodWill store, so it was only "new" to me.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have had the shirt I'm wearing for years (not sure how many, but at least several), but the pants just since the beginning of the summer and the shoes about that long too. Changing weights has made me buy many more pants/skirts recently than I might have.
