Interesting. I wonder if some of the touchy feeling corps that blossomed in the 90s that give their employees twee designations are being expressive, or if when it comes down to the paperwork it's just a semantic dance.
I didn't think of Sally Ann as expressive in that way, but I do know precious little about them.

It only discusses the allegations, not the actual decisions, but it looked to me that it would answer many people's questions about the case. It doesn't talk about expressive association, however, so I was probably wrong to assume that.
