They should film that story and show it every Christmas.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The Wonder Woman costume I want only comes in small and medium. Bah! It has a skirt to it! I want to be a superhero, but won't wear spandex as pants.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Fire: scary

Blood clot in eye: really scary

Tinkerbelle ita: terrifying

(Healing vibes for the eye, tommy. Nothing like finding another way your body can turn on you.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just thought Tigger=bouncy.

You can't bounce without force. I'm taking it down a notch or three.

No need to make prejudicial generalizations.

There's no generalisation there! At least not in my head (skims rest of thread) ... or hers. But going as an instructor of a different martial art would be really funny. Doesn't have to be TKD. Anything with an easily recognisable uniform would work.

Now, if you're going to be snarky -- dress up as Billy Blanks.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Oh, dear. I hope the blood clot dissolves and leaves without a trace of vision issues, Tommyrot.

I like the idea of Tinkerbelle ita. The idea of fire-roasted ita is less engaging--I hope the burning areas stay well away from you.

I just got out of one of the shortest, least painfull benefits meetings ever. No rise in copay, no rise in the amount deducted from my check, and we can roll over some of the unused portion of our dental benefits from year to year. This would be even better if the job was likely to be here a year from now, but it's still unexpectedly nice.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Former Boss evacuated yesterday. She had no idea there was a fire until her friend called and she looked out the window and saw it on the ridge. Her baby's only 8 weeks old.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I think ita would make an AWESOME Tinkerbelle!
