Update: According to a White House pool report posted by Wonkette, the president's Bianca is Bianca Davie of Bloomberg News. Clits vary considerably from woman to woman. Some are barely-there-nubbins and others can extend out quite a bit when aroused so that there's more of an omnidirectional option. Prepuce also vary widely from person to person which also affects omnidirectional access.
