Spike ,'Sleeper'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Annabel is usually good with the hand-holding as long as we're walking. It's standing around and waiting that she doesn't see the point of.
ION, yesterday afternoon I emailed a query to the only one of my first clump of targeted agents for The Novel who takes email queries. Despite the fact I know it's irrational to expect a quick response, every single time my email beeps I go straight to my inbox to check.

Yay for sj! A LITTLE new lingerie would be okay, wouldn't it?
Thank you. I am sure Teacup Guy would agree with you.

You're not wrong. Sara's been a darter from birth, and it gets harder and harder to dart after her effectively.
Ok hive-mind. I need advice. I just called the doctor's office and asked about an appointment. I was told that he does not want to see me in the office and I should go to emergency instead.
I'm at work. I'm stable. Do I wait until after work, or do I go now? I think my wounds should be checked by a professional, but I hate waiting in emergency, especially when I feel like I have something that isn't life threatening.

Why not? is it that he's booked up?
if he has a practice, ask if you can see someone else or the RN/NP today, and that you do not have emergency level problems.
Is there any possibility something needs stitching? That might be why he wants you to go to the ER.
