Thank you all for your support.
I'm considering letting her sweat it out: Not saying yay or nay until later this evening. This will give her a chance to find someone else, maybe. And also, what I wanna know is, if I end up working 11pm-9am tonight, do I have to also come back for my 2-10pm shift tomorrow? Cuz two words: Nuh and Uh.

Gah. My DH had to do this a couple times when he was doing shift work. It will make you psychotic.
{{{Cindy}}} I'm thinking it's nothing. Thinking it very very hard.
He seems fine, otherwise.
Focus on that. I think I may start baking emergency cakes to send you for the coming week. If nothing else, the excess sugar will knock you out.

- *No offense meant to anyone resembling, related to, or actually autistic. It's one of those sick things that made me laugh out loud when I saw it. Much like the crying little girl and NO PONY! sign.**
{{{Cindy}}} Do avoid the Google. But, worrier that I am, I find it sometimes helps to ask the doctor what the worst-case scenario is, and how likely it is. That seems to help limit the catastrophizing a bit. YCopingMechanismsMV
I laughed before I realized it could be politically incorrect, but I'm kinda evil. When I asked for a pony, I wanted mine roasted.
I feel all virtuous today because I have excruciating low back pain and yet am hard at work. It's quite humbling when I cannot walk without yelping and screeching about it.
Going to Hell with Aimee.
Continued s'nothin~ma headed Ben's way.
(whines) I wanna go home and put frozen peas on my back.
