My period isn't always regular, but a lot of times I can tell that PMS is on it's way because I start thinking about sex all the time.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Studies show that women are more social, wear skimpier clothing and more make-up when they/re ovulating. We are the victims of our biological urges. Anyone who says that humans are "beyond" instinct? On crack.
That's the norm. But if something is a tad off (and hormones are tricky little cheaters), it could be.

I'm supporting the case, here. Ovulation = increased socialization, even if the occurance of ovulation is erratic. They coincide.
The universe needs to make a special effort to treat Cass better.I'm tattooing this on my fanny. And then the next thing the universe does to try and unhinge me, I shall tell it to take a good look and then kiss my ass.
Unemployment is filed.
I didn't take the test. Because I actually felt anxiety about the lj underwear one earlier and frankly I don't need that kind of stress. Currently commando, fwiw.
GNARGH. I just opened a package of spoiled tofu. I didn't even know tofu could go bad, and the expiration date is listed as Nov 15, but OMGWTFEW. Easily the worst-smelling thing ever to be opened in my kitchen -- spoiled milk would be pleasing in comparison.
Guess we're ordering pizza.

Interesting. So if I went off my birth control, I'd be more inclined towards sociability once a month?
I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sleepy.

Dude. I must never have ovulated in my life.

One would think so, but I think these studies were done with college age women, so who knows what's "normal" for anything beyond that. (Not that you're old and decrepit, but "advertising" fertility may take different forms depending on age, marital status, culture, etc.) Or, what's normal for each person. Just how social is social? Is social a group with at least 2 eligible males to choose from or 20? It's interesting to know, but how scientific were the studies? Eh, we only saw summations of them, not all the data.
Aimee is very pretty, preggo or not.
Could it be at the same time as you're ovulating? Hormones are bad drugs, man.
Sometimes but not always. After 33 years, I've come to the conclusion that I'm a split between a hermit and an entertainer. My only complaint is when the two halves of my personality try to take turns on the same day.
vw, can you take a nap or will it screw you up?
I'm just gonna go to bed soon.
