Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

If you were four-years-old, would you think this was a cool prezzie from your Auntie Val? [link] and [link]

Because books.

Timelies, everyone.

Oh yeah. I got one for my niece a few years ago, and she loved it.

vw - I can't wait to get caught up at work and for my assistant to return (she has been out since March 24th). Maybe then I can return to my regular start time. 6am. Hey, that hour is going to be pure HEAVEN.

I don't know what 4 year old girls are into anymore. My son gave a 5 year old neighbor a Care Bear and she adores it. But then again, she has a super huge crush on CJ, so I think she'd be thrilled with an empty gum wrapper from him.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

timelies-

back still hurts like the dickens, when sitting at the computer. Work is not so fun. In conclusion, a sucky day will be had today by Nora.

Hope you are doing better today, vw.

5am is a totally crazy start time. I can't wait for your assistant to return either. For your sake, of ocourse.

Awwww...that's sweet. (about CJ and the crush). This particular little one specifically asked for a couch for her dolls. But, I don't know what size her dolls are, so I thought I'd throw in another doll too. I'm a sucker for those little ones.

My therapist hasn't called. I haven't gotten in the shower. Looks like no class for me today. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

This week the extra hour has more been an offset to the time I go see my mom, so it has not been too productive, but it is easier for me to come in early than to stay late.

I think that is a great doll couch, especially if that is what was requested.

If you have a cordless phone and can hear it ring in the shower...go take a shower.

What is even happening?

vw, I am going to get as close to giving you a guarantee as I can, without knowing the child, that a four year old will love that sofa. I see no reason she wouldn't like the doll, as well.

move out and draw fire

Baby is freshly laundered, fed, and tucked in; milk is made; I'm just waiting for the babysitter.

Also, I've determined I have nothing dress-casual to wear. I have work clothes and slounging clothes.

Damn. Why didn't I think of that? See...I'm just not all here right now. It's too late, though. I'd have to leave in the next 6 minutes to make it to class on time. I kind of was planning on taking the day off anyway, so it's ok. I've got a long weekend ahead (we get Monday off), so that gives me some time to get caught up on some things, including myself. I am hopeful that next week will be better. While this has been a tough couple of days, I've managed to stay out of the hospital, keep in contact with my therapist and get through it. This too shall pass. This I know. And I think it's passing more quickly than it has in the past. So, that's a bit encouraging.
