Do I wish I was somebody else right now. Somebody not... married, not madly in love with a beautiful woman who can kill me with her pinkie!

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Why, what do other Lutherans believe?

For any denomination that covers as much ground as there is between the ELCA and the Missouri Synod, this question isn't easliy answered.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

United Church of Christ? As in the "we welcome everyone" commercials? I have such a love on for everything I've heard about that denomination.

Yuppers. And they are pretty cool. In the south, Disciples of Christ is sort of a sister church, even though (to me, at least) it sounds like a very different animal.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Huh. If I had been raised in the ELCA instead of the Missouri Synod (literal interpretation of the Bible, bay-bee!) it might have taken me longer to lose my faith....

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That sucks Erin. Just makes the slow climb to stability even longer. But you'll get there.

This is what I have to say about today: "Feh."

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

This is what I have to say about today: "Feh."

I heartily concur. Also: "ouch".

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'd like to put in a vote for "bleargh."

This headache is turning out to be just as impervious to pizza and Excedrin as it was to coffee earlier. Ouuuuuuuuuuch.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I'm on board with "feh," "ouch," and "bleargh."

Question- is it the pain that is making me nauseous, or the ibuprofin?

The ibuprofen I bet. You should eat something mild to settle your stomach.

yes, but the nausea! Also, the needing to move to acquire mild food.

What is even happening?

If you didn't take the ibuprofen with food and/or milk, it's probably the ibuprofen upsetting the tum, Nora. You poor sweetie.
