[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Emily is out of town. I just had to give Bastet her ear medicine. She was NOT HAPPY, to say it mildly. Since giving it to her less than two minutes ago, she has dumped my water, attacked the dog, and scratched the furniture.
Gotta love the acting out.
lib, Emmett and I are going to watch Corpse Bride again this afternoon.
I'll let you know if it sticks with me a little more on a second viewing.

In the glorious U District.
Maybe I need to have an "off-campus meeting" this week.
No cable. No cable modem. No football. No baseball. No email. No nuttin.
And it is, apparently, a MAJOR situation that is being "rectified" according to the Comcast message.
How am I posting, you ask? Work has something called "dial-in" where you can plug your "telephone modem" into a "land line jack." Such quaint old technology. I guess this is what they used to use back in the days of Rome.
I am jealous of those that got to see it, but I am really jhappy it will be all new and shinny on Sunday when we see it.
MDM, for all that they annoy me, is stil up, I am happy to say.
Been a while since we had an outage. Yay.

It's not coming to Cincy until the end of this month. But at least it's coming here.
Also, gronk. Stayed up until 3 a.m. watching The Pillow Book with some friends (also drinking a little too much wine). And now I can't quite wake up, despite the coffee.
Gorgeous day, though. Mid-70s, no humidity, not a cloud in the sky. Going out to Indiana later to cousin's new farm, for housewarming/hayride/riding horsies/hiking. Should be fun.
