I prefer my spinach uncooked, at least in sandwiches. I like cooked spinach when it's in spanikopita.

And for the life of me, I don't know why everybody latched on to the whole tube thing, either. It was just a tube of Mahatma flavored rice. It's MAHATMA! They're a major brand of rice! It's not like it was something horribly unusual! But everybody freaked out because I called it a tube. I don't know what you people are picturing.....
