OK, this isn't an error. Here's the press release:

For individual UMP PPO subscribers, the 2006 rate will be $14 a month, less than half the current rate of $33. Full-family coverage will cost $49 a month next year; the 2005 family rate is $101 a month.
YAY!
DUDE! SWEET!
That's like, umm, a large portion of our monthly budget right there.
how can there be such a thing as good insurance news? wow, I don't think I ever saw a miracle before.
ION, I hate when someone who always call between dinner time and bed time ( when he is on the road) doesn't call. esp when it is possible he was/is driving around.
Edit: yay he is on the phone now.
Question for billytea: Can rats and squirrels mate? Cause I believe I saw a skrat over the weekend in a park.
t shudder

It's a non-religious winter celebration miracle!!!!!

You mean with offspring? No. Though I did find this website: [link]
Bwah! Seriously, though, this... thing was black and had rat ears and short fur with a big bushy tail. Total sqrat (much better spelling). It was nasty.
and may the treatment stick
Ye good and varied gods, I hope so. BiL didn't get admited last night, something about his blood alcohol being too high and then having his legs go numb (diabetes side effect, I am thinking) sending him to the ER. But he's in now. And there are thirty days for it to find something in him to stick to.
The insomnia faries have struck. I have PT early in the morning too. These are a little less than mixy. So this might be a vent-n-run.
I also skipped a couple hundred messages to get here too. There's a threadsuck waiting if I can get to it tomorrow night. If I missed anything, nudge me.
{{{Everybody}}}
Skimmed while waiting for Mal to fall asleep. We had an early start this morning to drop the houseguest off for a city tour, and then go to the doctor's. Mal turned 6 months old yesterday, so today was shot day.
I used to work with a woman who developed diabetes as a result of being alcoholic. Her husband was completely incapable of standing up to her, so she ended up either in a coma or something like a coma for 2 weeks. She recovered, however, and I believe she's got the alcoholism under control. (She's still an asshat, though).
How did Mal do with his shots, Raq?
Timelies all! I didn't sleep well last night, I think due to the loan issue. I've decided to quit dealing with the one-stop center and go straight to the director of Financial Aid. They need to know they are having these kinds of problems. I'll probably stop by the one-stop today just so I can say I did. But, straight to the top I go.
Today is my long day...plus, I start my new job. Yay!
