I am finally attempting to dye the slip cover for my big chair. The color remover- said don't use on blue denim -- whoops. It is turning this wierd greeny- blue color. I am going to dye it a dark green - so hopefully this will work - and make the base color even. If not, I willbe forced to buy an new one - which I really needed to do , because it was so oddly faded anyway.

why look , it is still blue denim. however, the faded dpots are more even. we shall see if it even takes any dye....

Damn. Ate so much good food at my early birthday lunch. Even the salad was good.
And I ate spinach with enthusiasm, which, usually? The smell upsets me. But I like spanakopita.

Very nice. I went to the farmer's market and ran errands with my friend A., and now I am hanging out with Kat and Lori until it is time to go have dinner with lots of people. Tomorrow is Roscoe's and maybe seeing Robin and/or ita.
I feel very lucky to get to spend time with so many friends.
well, the slip cover looks green - now to run it thru the wash...
