Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ozzie the cat keeps kicking me. I think he is trying to push me off the couch.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Ozzie the cat keeps kicking me. I think he is trying to push me off the couch.

Aww. He has ambition at least. See how he deals with adversity. Toss him off the couch.

I did just that, actually. He huffed at me.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I have started a necklace for -t.

It occurs to me, as I put the beads and stuff together, that I have no idea if it's to her taste at all. But when it's done, I'll post pictures.

It feels like her, if that makes any sense. It's not at all what I'd planned to make, either.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm sure its lovely, Plei, and just right.

My gut is with your gut. It's like a vulcan gut-meld.

move out and draw fire

THANK YOU for making Bitches a 'cane-free zone. I had committed to staying off b.org for the next few days because I can't deal with the post-and-discuss of the news anymore. I'm glad I checked here first.

Please count me in on a care package for -t and DH.

I need to do something with my hair, and I don't know what. The stylists I can afford here can't handle curly hair. I'd gotten really dependent on my stylist in DC, so I haven't even tried to think about what cuts would suit my hair for years.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Totally different vibe from that other thread prolly cause my chest is lightened, but 1) I love the shower idea, and would like to help if I can 2) I'm going to suggest it (if it's ok to steal the idea) to my girlfriends for Cyn, and to family for our cousin with the 4 kids. 3) Something must be up with animals named Oz. Mine was chewing on an empty chip bag, which Max took from him, so he barked at me.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I'm so glad Cass has the good pain meds. I'm wishing access to the same for vw and whoever else is in need.

Yay! on buttery, oaky, yummy wines. I need some wine edjumacating. I used to have a decent, if a beginner's, palate for reds. Whites just haven't been my thing.

It's so great to see Maria excited about not only the pretty dress and the 10-foot-train!, but the guy. Lovely.

As is the homeward rush of Pete and Paul to save their damsels from ugly arachnids. I must say, my own DH has done the same, and often.

Jobma to Susan, and Jilli, I'm very sorry they saw fit to go with the lesser of the choices open to them.

Lovely, too, is the 'cane news moratorium in Bitches. It's a relief and a refuge. Also, count me in for a basket or collection of treats or practical things for -t.

As always, Mr. tea, the Wally report is received with great interest and definite approval of the positive receipt of your advances.

JS! Why does your clan-sect-group-thing have a Cymru (Welsh) dragon on your tabards?

Have you picked a tat design, erika?

I think they are all insane.

Count me in on the care package too.
