[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Aimee, I love you. I'm bookmarking this. Right now I usually pick up a case of diapers at Sams Club but I am dreading the thought of going out and gettin two cases of diapers in different sizes, plus wipes, etc. I've got it bookmarked. Will you email me your referral code?

Anytime.

And did I mention that they don't charge shipping and sales tax??? It took 6 days to get here, but just on the formula alone it saves so much money. AND THEY TAKE COUPONS!!

Hey, Aimee, I don't suppose you know where the hell one could find the Gerber snap up waffle weave sleep n' plays in 6-9 month sizes, do you?

Babysaurus didn't have them, Target is only carrying the zip ones, and I've found jack in my other local hunts.

Dylan, I think he'll be off doing set up by then, so we'll just drop it by on our way to VV.

Damn, those are costly. (The three packs at Babysaurus are nine or ten bucks, as I recall.)

I think Gerber is discontinuing them in favor of a zip front, but the snaps fit so much better. Sigh.

Time to comb the consignment shops.

Those first ones, sadly, were a mistype in the auction title--that weight range is the 3-6 month range. Curses!

I'll find them. I just want the instant gratification.

I mean, this is the closest I'll be getting to retail therapy for a good while, and I swear, quitting Sephora is going to be worse than quitting smoking.

(Of course, I'm the person who quit because she forgot to buy cigarettes in a fit of too busy no time, and then stuck with it when people told her how good she was at cutting back. I backslid like hell a year or so later, and was back to a pack or more a day, but that ended just as quickly, and for just as little reason.)

So, if your depression is situational (finances being the situation), and therapy of the real sort would only make the situation worse (more bills to pay, yay!), then, umm, there's really no point in doing jack, is there?

Silence means security silence means approval

I've built my own about a thousand times without buying. Must really find the funds to do this. Did you get the large bag? Cause I'm thinking that may be too big for my purposes as a tote/diaper bag.

I got the medium, which is huge enough. It's larger than a standard backpack. Large could probably fit a six month old. XL will fit a toddler, two books, and a week's supply of Cheerios comfortably.

Small would probably be the right size for a tote bag. It's a little bit smaller than a standard backpack.
